Citizens HealthPlex offers massage therapy services for members and non-members. Our massage therapists are state licensed, trained professionals offering a variety of massage techniques. Although no two massages are exactly alike, you may request a certain technique or modality.
There are two private massage therapy rooms adjacent to each locker room. Robes are provided for your convenience and comfort.
Light to firm pressure with the main goal of relaxation and stress reduction. May enhance circulation, reduce join/muscle pain, lower blood pressure, and boost immune function.
30 minute massage: $45 | 60 minute: $70 | 90 minute: $95
Helps to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow, deep strokes and pressure on muscles, tendons and fascia. May help break down scar tissue, improve circulation, decrease chronic pain, and improve muscle recovery.
30 minute massage: $55 | 60 minute: $80 | 90 minute: $105
Focused attention on the feet and/or hands with firm pressure on specific points. Based on the premise that there are different pressure points which correspond to various body parts, glands and organs. **Not recommended during pregnancy.

Light to firm pressure that may reduce stress, reduce swelling in legs and feet, lower risk of preterm birth, reduce back pain and relieve headaches.
60 minute massage: $80
Includes vitamin C cleanser, lymphatic facial acupressure, cold stone therapy, firming moisturizer, coconut scalp treatment, and hand/arm massage.
60 minute massage: $80
Detoxifies by improving lymphatic drainage and blood circulation. Improves the appearance of cellulite and exfoliates dry skin.
60 minutes: $85
Includes dry brushing, firming back scrub, hyaluronic gel mask, and blackberry and lemongrass moisturizer. This treatment promotes even texture, smoother skin, and reduces acne and age spots.
30 minute massage: $55
