At Citizens Convenient Care, we provide you and your family members with care when they need it, including keeping them well and preventing illness, acute and chronic illness treatment, general wellness and sick visits. We will listen to you and your concerns, coordinate care with specialists, and help you and your family members stay healthy.

At Citizens Convenient Care, patients are under the care of one physician who is able to gain an understanding for your wellness and illness needs. Based on your specific healthcare needs and goals, your primary care physician will work with professionals like your pharmacist and other medical specialists, if needed, to develop and oversee a plan that helps you become and stay well. As those needs change over time, your primary care physician at the Citizens Convenient Care will adjust to those needs to help you continue to get better and stay well.
